Hand Made Quills:

 

Each one of these unique quills is hand made. We have made each one to be affordable as well as pretty. We try to use unique feathers and designs in beads, ribbons, leather or solder. They are all made from fallen feathers, New Feathers or from old feathers we have had in our collection.  Each one either has a nub that can be removed and replaced, one that is stationary to the quill and some that have no nub and you would simply use the Plum end to write.

Quills have always been, and still are used today. Writing with one is not as writing with a pen. It will take longer to write a note or spell but the outcome can be lovely as you can switch from black ink to red to blue to whatever color you desire. That is the beauty of a dip pen. The way it flows from you, through the pen and onto the paper is a very important part of the work itself. More magick and energy can be placed within a page with the more time you invest in the writing of it, basically infusing the page with your intention and power.

This is a 1 1/2" oval, GODDESS POWER Triple Moon Wiccan Pagan Wax Ink Seal Stamp. Makes a crisp, recessed, detailed wax seal. This stamp even works better with ink. When stamping ink always place a thin cloth beneath the paper for the best impression. Handle is solid pewter and stands apx 2 1/4" tall. Sealing Wax

These are 3/4" x 6" Seal Wax sticks, sold per each. The triangle shape has been requested and its much easier to melt then rectangle sticks. Choose color from Black- our black is a crisp dark black color, Bishops Red, Golden Cafe- a rich warm golden brown with swirls of golden color, Austrian Cream-this color has golden swirls in it giving it a subtle pearl like glow too!, Vienna Gold-this color has swirls of gold and a vienna aged golden appearance GORGEOUS! and Silver or Gold. They are made according to an ancient list of select resins including frankincense. Made of tree resins and wax combined for a superior seal wax stick. This wax seal stamp wax stick will make apx. 24-30 5/8" diameter wax seals. Each weights apx. 35g(1.3oz).

 True Vermillion Ecclesiastical Red Wax

These are 1/2" x 4.5" Seal Wax sticks sold per each.  Made of premium resins, wax and color. They are made according to an ancient list of select resins including frankincense. Why is this Vermilion wax seal stick so expensive!!! Vermillion is a rare pigment and true vermillion is used in these sticks. Vermilion seal wax was used long ago through many many centuries for sealing letters, items, relics and important documents as far back as Egypt to more present day Kings, Queens, Emperors, Potentates, Sultans and those of high rank. It is still currently used by the office Pope John Paul II and the Patriarch of Constantinople and many other churches and leaders!
